About Noelle (she/her/hers)

Hi! My name is Noelle, and I am a clinical graduate intern at WHC. I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in human services from the University of Georgia and am currently working toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University.

My passion for mental health has been a constant in my journey, and I am excited to bring that into a clinical setting where I can support others. I am eager to work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them foster growth in confidence, increase self-esteem, and deepen their understanding of themselves.

Using a client-centered approach, I aim to create a warm environment where clients feel comfortable exploring who they are, while honoring their unique experiences and needs. I also resonate with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

For self-care, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new recipes, and connecting with nature, all of which help me maintain balance and stay grounded.
