About Julia (she/her)

Hi! I’m Julia, a Licensed Associate Counselor passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate life’s challenges with greater self-understanding, confidence, and emotional balance. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to
be fully themselves.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients feel more grounded, connected to themselves, and aware of the world around them. I believe perspective-taking is an important part of growth and healing, as it can help individuals better understand themselves, their relationships, and their experiences.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and stress. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy cooking, yoga, spending time by the beach, and spending
time with the people I love.
