About Christine (she/her/hers)
Welcome! My name is Christine. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I work with a diverse group of clients from adolescents (16+) through senior adults, as individuals, couples and families. My clients come to counseling with a variety of concerns and issues. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space to encourage the exploration of these issues. Through this journey, insight and healing can begin. Several of the varied approaches I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed, Client Centered, as well as other emotional therapies. Additionally, I encourage clients to focus on creating a healthy self care routine. My personal routine includes getting lost in a good book, long walks with my dog Mickey, and catching up with my family around the dinner table at the end of the day.
