An ongoing therapy group for men ages 18+ that aims to provide a space to discuss, process, and work through common challenges pertaining to the stigma around being a "man."

Group facilitator, Justin, is a Licensed Social Worker who is experienced working in the substance abuse and mental health field. In addition, he works with those struggling with family/relationship issues, codependency, life transitions and stress management.

Exploring topics such as:

• Self-identity
• Relationships
• Vulnerability
• Emotions

8-session commitment required.
