This virtual therapy group is a 12-week long program focused on learning and implementing practices of intuitive eating. This group will begin the process of helping you re-discover yourself as an intuitive eater. Members will be guided in exploring their own relationship & history with dieting and diet culture, and will work on honoring their own hunger and exploring skills for doing so. The group will work towards building a solid foundation of rejecting the diet mentality, while learning to eat in a satisfying and peaceful way.

- Implement strategies that support listening to your body & hunger cues
- Process trigger foods to learn how to get out of the restrict-binge cycle
- Be introduced to research supporting health does not equal size
