Hello, my name is Riley, and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at Wholehearted Healing Collective. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University and completed my Master’s in Social Work at Monmouth University. Additionally, I obtained a Continuing Education Certificate in Sports Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on Elite Collegiate and Professional Sports.

I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore and navigate the challenges of everyday life. I find purpose in helping individuals manage stress, build healthy coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. I believe my clients are the experts of their own experiences, and I am here to walk alongside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and tools to support personal growth and healing.

During my graduate studies, I had the privilege of interning at Wholehearted Healing Collective, where I worked primarily with adolescents and young adults. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am committed to expanding my clinical knowledge and look forward to working with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health concerns.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in developing practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and improved interpersonal relationships.

I strongly believe that caring for my own mental and physical health is essential to showing up fully for my clients. For me, self-care includes staying active through exercise, spending time at the beach, connecting with friends and family, and listening to music. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
