About Paul (he/him/his)
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor that has always had a passion to help others recognize the complexities of life in order for them to unearth their true potential. I bring a calm and empathetic approach that seeks to understand every individual I encounter.
I believe the goal of therapy is to build a relationship of trust to discover the best course of action to address the issues that are preventing individuals from living a quality life. My approach to therapy is a merge of several modalities that is rooted primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and teaching others through psychoeducation. My purpose is to empower others with confidence and clarity in any circumstance they are experiencing.
My forms of self-care include but are not limited to hiking, exploring new places, reading, and any activity that expands my knowledge. I enjoy traveling and playing sports such as basketball and baseball.
