About Meghan (she/they)
First - welcome. The path to pursuing therapy and facing life’s challenges (both new and old) may feel daunting. You’re no longer holding your anxiety, worries, grief, stress and sadness alone. I’m here to help. A little about me: My name is Meghan and I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor. Stepping into a session with me would look like harnessing your authentic self, and having me meet you there as a clinician. I utilize a strength-based approach to my therapeutic practice. Empathy, honesty, open-mindedness, challenge and kindness are used throughout the process. All are welcome in my office: Whether it’s LGBTQIA+ community, children and adolescents, adults or palliative care. I truly love what I do, and I appreciate you considering me as your therapist.
Interested in my personal passions? My self-support looks like: woodworking (I especially love to build and refurbish furniture), going on hikes with my dog North, volunteering at a local equine sanctuary and rescuing animals, and playing my guitar.
