Hello! I am a graduate clinical intern, studying Counselor Education at Kean University. As an educator, I can personally attest to the fact that we are all facing more distractions than ever before and - not just the cellphones. Being a human in today's day and age is hard enough and when not having someone to turn too; could make things even harder. At WHC, I aim to join my clients on their journey as they look to cultivate new coping strategies and build a more fulfilling life through mental, emotional, and spiritual explorations.

During our time together, I hope to create a safe place for my clients to talk freely about their inner struggles. My goal is to build on my clients’ pre-existing strengths, while helping them implement new effective tools for desired future outcomes.  My own forms of self-care include being outdoors, playing/watching sports, and learning new ways to be the best version of myself!
