Hi! I'm Cara! As an experienced operations leader, I have dedicated my career thus far to driving growth and improvement within large corporations. Through my experience with mentoring and developing experienced leaders over the years, I have come to believe that "success" is truly limitless, both in our personal and professional lives. Over the past 13 years in the business management sector, I have overseen numerous company initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational growth and development, and fostering health and wellness within. I am excited to be joining the team at WHC to utilize my skills within an organization that values community, personal growth, and connection.

Within my role as Business Development Coordinator, I will be building the foundation for the ongoing growth of mental health services provided by Wholehearted by supporting leadership with all aspects of financial stewardship, team training, and management. I am passionate about outreach and community engagement, as I believe these are the foundations for trust and growth.
