About Ashley (she/her/hers)
Hello! My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at WHC. I received my Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and have joined the WHC team to work towards my LCSW. I am excited to witness the positive transformation that can come along with therapy!
My experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with substance use, family related issues and anxiety disorders. My approach as a clinician is to assist you in the therapeutic journey. I am here to help in the discovery of your areas of growth, solidify and affirm your strengths, and the therapeutic work in managing your daily stressors.
My therapeutic practice is grounded in the belief that self-care is a huge part in working towards being our best self. Essential oils and holistic care have been a part of my own self-care journey. Other forms of self-care that I enjoy are spending time with my friends and family, going out to eat, reading, walking, and baking.
I'm excited to be a member of the WHC team and look forward to our journey together!
