Recovery Circle
Facilitated by Justin Croak, LSW
Recovery Circle is a process group that explores various matters related to substance addiction and recovery. Surviving addiction is a feat that not all are able to do. For those that do recover from active addiction, rebuilding a life in recovery is another task that presents some difficulties. Connecting with other individuals who have experienced the same depths of addiction is one of the primary components to making life in recovery less challenging. Recovery Circle's primary purpose is for members to share the experience of navigating life in recovery with each other to solidify that you don't have to do it alone. Each week will cover a different area related to addiction and recovery that will be presented by the facilitator and thoroughly discussed amongst members. Topics will include self-image, relationships with others, relapse prevention and understanding addiction. Recovery Circle is seeking adult members who have at least 30 days of sobriety and are interested in connecting with others in recovery.
