What is Ecotherapy?
Mindful connection with nature. Ecotherapy is the practice of the emerging field of ecopsychology. The human connection with nature has been ingrained and reinforced since the beginning of mankind. Our connections with nature may become less frequent or harder to integrate as our world & environments become more industrialized. Ecotherapy invites you to intentionally connect with the natural elements to promote mindfulness, relaxation & healing. Ecotherapy invites us to engage our senses in the space, while responding to the ebb and flow of nature.
We will be integrating ecotherapy into out practice through our Walk-n-Talk sessions and outdoor group sessions.
