Danielle is a graduate student at Montclair State University studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. After completion of graduate school, Danielle hopes to continue providing evidence-based mental health and advocacy services to support individuals in the community on their journey to healing from trauma and adverse life experiences. She has completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Health-at-every-size (HAES). Danielle has experience providing counseling to adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, depression, and histories of trauma, substance abuse, and severe mental illness. This winter (2021), she will be completing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further expand her clinical toolbox. For self care, Danielle loves watching movies, going on nature walks, and spending time with her friends.
